Oh man. First, stop at a convenient store and ask if they have any Grippo’s, a unique potato chip that is difficult to find in most parts of the country. Then, hit a restaurant where the locals eat for soup beans and cornbread. There is no vegetable in Southeast Kentucky that can’t be crammed into an airtight Mason Jar to take home and enjoy later.
